Getting started

After activating the plugin, open any post or page in the block editor and search for the block you want to add. Most blocks can be inserted from the block inserter and then customized from the sidebar settings.

A simple way to begin is:

  • add a text or media block from TMS Blocks
  • adjust the content in the editor canvas
  • open the sidebar to configure settings such as styles, identity, or dynamic content
  • preview the page and confirm the result

Blocks

TMS Blocks includes the following blocks:

Generic Block

Flexible semantic HTML wrapper, the core structural block. Pick the tag, drop blocks inside, style everything from the sidebar.

Heading

Titles and section headings, H1–H6. Manual or dynamic content, with full style controls.

Paragraph

Body text with truncation and dynamic content. Tag selection, rich formatting, and responsive styles.

Img

Images from library, URL, dynamic field, or context. Full control over loading, decoding, and fetchpriority.

Link

Clickable links with dynamic URL and label support. Inner blocks for rich linked cards.

List

Ordered and unordered lists with custom markers, per-item styling, and nested block support.

List Item

Individual list entries with rich text, inner blocks, and per-item style controls.

Dynamic Field

Output post data, custom fields, taxonomy terms, and more. Text, image, or link output with per-item styles.

Post Context

Simpler Query Loop — point child blocks at a single post. Set it once, every block follows.

Shared reference

The Styles tab — Breakpoint selector, state tabs, style panels, and transition controls. Shared across most blocks and documented once for all.
